Some people prefer to work in groups on projects, while other people prefer to work alone. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. 

Sample 1:

It is a well-known fact by everybody that true working strategy is important to become successful. Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that working in teams is better, but others have a negative attitude. As far as I am concerned, I hold the idea that working alone isa better option to achieve something in that jobs get done faster, everyone does his or her own work, and employees can make theirwork schedule more flexible.

To begin with, I agree with the statement that a person can finish his or her work more quickly without reservation since the person generally loses so much time for organizing with others. What I am trying to say is that employees can finish their jobs faster instead of trying toplan their working hours with others.

Another reason why I agree with the above statement is that I strongly believe that if a person makes his or her work, he or she can be more successful. His or her speciality increases the success of the work he or she is doing. To be more precise, at team working, employees share the responsibility for every project, so they make different things every time, and they can not apply their knowledge and experience in the Project.

Last but not least, although some people may disagree, I personally think flexible working hours improves efficiency. People can be more successful and creative if they work the time that they want. For this reason, employees work alone and make their own working planby themselves.

All in all, working alone leads to doing the work quicker, helps employees do their own work, and provides people to work with non-rigid hours. Taking into account of all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that working alone is the best working strategy.

It is a well-known fact by everbody that a person's working style has an importance influence in his or her performance in business life. Nowadays, some may hold the opinion that working with a team results in improved productivity. Yet others have a negative attitude that they feel more comfortable when they work alone. As far as I am concerned, I hold the idea that working in a team is a better option in that it increases creativity, team members make up for each others’ weaknesses, and members increase the motivation of one another.

To begin with, I agree with the statement that creativity automatically increases when you do not work alone without reservation since everyone has a different idea. When team members share their opinions with each other, alternative solutions might run through the minds. In other words, many hands make light work.

Another reason why I agree with the above statement is that I strongly believe that everyone has a professionality in one or two special areas, so they might have some weaknesses in other fields. Team members can compensate the weaknesses of each other because one can be very good at in an area that another one has no idea about. To be more precise, teams cover blind sides and reveal strengths of the members.

Last but not least, although some people may disagree, I personally think that the motivation is also an important point if you are doing a project. To illustrate, people might not be in a good mood all the time. If you are working with a team, your co-workers help you to be motivated again. On the other hand, if you are alone, it is more difficult to feel better and concentrate again.

In a word, it is certain that working in a team increases creativity, cover the blind sides and improves the motivation of the team. Taking into account of all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that working with a team is a better option to do better jobs.
